Founder Nonfiction Acquires Maven Publishing

Now that we’re all settling into 2018, we are thrilled to announce an exciting change that has come with the new year. Maven Publishing has been acquired by Founder Nonfiction! This is great news for a couple of reasons. First and foremost, our authors will see no noticeable change. We’re the same team with the same mission, and we’re as committed as ever to helping small business owners, public speakers, pastors, and other professionals turn their ideas into impactful books and publications.

What this change means for us is that it enables us to have an even tighter relationship with our marketing partner, Modmacro, and it gives us more flexibility to work with the Modmacro team in creative ways. Our dedication to building relationships with our authors, combined with Modmacro’s creative vision has always been a winning combination, and we expect that to be even more true in the future.

While you won’t see major changes in terms of the services we offer or the way we work with people, you will see some exciting new things, most notably, a brand new website. The team at Modmacro has gone above and beyond to create fresh branding for us as Founder Nonfiction, and we look forward to sharing it with the world. Some elements of the new site will be familiar to you—our authors and books will always be the cornerstone of our business, so all the books we’ve published in the past, and all books we publish in the future will continue to be prominently featured.

Stay tuned as we make the transition. In an upcoming post, we’ll be sharing what it means to be a Founder and why we believe this new name is the perfect fit for the authors we work with.

If you’ve been thinking about writing a book—whether you’ve worked with us in the past or whether it’s been on your mind, but you haven’t taken that first step (maybe it was even a New Year’s resolution for 2018!)—we’d love to chat with you about your ideas. We can help you at any stage of the process, meaning we’ve done it all from brainstorming to outlining to ghostwriting to editing to layout design to publishing.

Contact us today to get the conversation started. We are looking forward to working with you as Founder Nonfiction in 2018!
