Finding and Keeping the Best Workers: Tips from a Boutique Nonfiction Publisher

Finding and Keeping the Best Workers: Tips from a Boutique Nonfiction Publisher

Like many small businesses, one of the keys to our success at Founder Nonfiction is that we are consistently able to find great contractors. Publishing requires specialized skills, and we’ve made it our mission to seek out (and keep!) people with the specific expertise we’re looking for. As we’ve listened to the stories of so many other small business owners, we’ve learned that we’re not alone. Contractors make the small business world go ‘round, and keeping the great ones is every bit as important as finding them in the first place.

We recently had the opportunity to write about our experiences with finding and keeping great contractors for Businessing Magazine, a publication for small business owners. If you’re interested in taking a behind-the-scenes look at how we’re able to do what we do at Founder, or if you’re a business owner yourself and looking for some tips on hiring and working with contractors, you can find the full article here: Finding and Keeping the Best Workers: Tips from a Boutique Nonfiction Publisher
