MeisterTask, a Task Management Software that Teams Love

MeisterTask, a Task Management Software that Teams Love

It seems like new task management apps for businesses are created almost daily, so it can be difficult for business owners or managers to wade through all of the options and decide which one will work best for their team.

For small businesses or small teams within larger enterprises, MeisterTask is a great platform to consider for task management. Users love it for the clean, uncluttered design and its intuitive nature, and little to no training is needed to teach team members how to use the system effectively. Another notable aspect of MeisterTask is the Kanban-style project boards, which many organizations are already familiar with, that allow teams to streamline and automate their workflow to get things done more efficiently.

What Users Are Saying About MeisterTask

When looking through the websites of the various companies that offer task management apps, it is easy to get overwhelmed. They all sound great and make similar promises, like saving you time, increasing productivity, and improving communication, but the best way to find out if the app will work for you and your team is to talk to people who are actually using the product on a daily basis. If you don’t know anyone who is, the next best thing is to read customer reviews and find out what people like and what they don’t like. Here are some things users have to say about MeisterTask.

Being able to keep comments within the app is good, it means that email threads are cut down to a minimum and all communication can be kept in one place,” says Michal C., a small business owner.

Angela G., a senior manager comments, “This tool has made it so easy to get organized. It is very easy to learn and use. I have been able to customize all of my workflows to correspond with how the work is actually happening. I also keep a personal ‘to-do’ workflow that I customize and just have fun with. Having everything I need in one place has eased my stress level considerably.”

The app provides so much functionality that is unavailable on comparable software. Also, I’ve found that the free version is incredibly generous with the functionality provided,” states Ben S., another small business owner.

Of course, there are always some features that consumers do not like about MeisterTask, but according to most reviewers, the positives far outweigh the negatives. And, as with any type of technology, the creators are constantly improving the app to make it even more user-friendly.

MeisterTask Pricing

The free, or Basic, version of MeisterTask actually offers quite a bit of functionality, including customizable project boards for up to three projects and unlimited project members. The Pro version, which is currently $8.25 per user per month, helps small businesses organize an unlimited number of projects, provides access to statistics and reports, and grants unlimited integrations. The Business version, which costs $20.75 per user per month, allows business owners to create roles and permissions, add groups to teams, and promote group sharing. There is also an Enterprise version for companies wanting a more tailored experience.

While no software is perfect for every business, MeisterTask is pretty great option that all small businesses should consider. MeisterTask offers a free trial so you can see if it’s right for you and your business’s needs.
